PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is a technique for synthesizing and amplifying specific pieces of DNA in vitro. The PCR reagent provided by Monad is a 2× MonAmp™ PCR Mix with fewer steps to reduce the risk of contamination. The PCR Mix has premixed DNA polymerases with different properties to meet a variety of PCR requirements, including recombinant high thermal stability, high specificity, long fragment, high fidelity, and high fidelity long fragment PCR. The dye containing version of PCR Mix can directly go to agarose gel electrophoresis without adding the Loading Buffer.
